Appointments
New Patients: Your initial visit will provide you the opportunity to get acquainted with your Primary Care Provider and our practice. We will go over your personal and clinical history, medications, and review any records you bring to the visit. For the first visit please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and bring the following information along with your insurance card:
Established Patients: Follow-up visits provide care for any acute and/or chronic health issues, as well as annual physicals as deemed necessary. If you are a returning patient, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At your return visit, our staff will confirm your information to ensure our records are accurate.
For urgent medical matters, please call us at (978) 323-0350. If you have a true medical emergency, call 9-1-1.
Routine Adult Physicals
We encourage our patients to plan in advance for routine annual exams, as these can take several weeks to schedule. Please note that most insurance companies allow one physical per calendar year for adults.
